Meet Marketing Tribe’s Sam Bertram

Sam Bertram – Marketing Specialist

I used Sam’s services specifically as a marketing expert to help push through a rebrand of the entire business. In what was already a stressful time, Sam was consistent with her approach, we would get regular updates and when I pushed timelines back a number of times, which I know is frustrating, Sam was great and helped to accommodate this. I would highly recommend Sam for all things marketing related.
Sam has an unshakable sunny attitude and is one of the most capable client services professionals I have ever worked with. She is organised, personable and clients love her. I would recommend Sam 100%.
We’ve had the pleasure of working with Sam since 2020 and she’s become an invaluable member of the Framework Training team. She was quickly able to understand our business sector and what made us unique, and focussed our external communications and social media presence on those core values.
She intuitively picked up our company’s ‘voice’ and writes copy and content that fits us perfectly, Sam is also able to use software such as Canva and our own CMS system to update our website without involving our web developer.
Sam’s organisational skills are excellent, she works efficiently and without the need for continual oversight, and (fortunately for me) is able to apply the necessary pressure to ensure she has the information she needs from us to perform her role! I would happily recommend Sam to any organisation needing Marketing expertise.
I cannot rate Sam highly enough. She helped with our Marketing Strategy, Digital Ads and Social Media planning for three years and during this time she effectively managed to increase conversion, drive customers to our website and increase revenue. Sam also bought an energy and keen eye to our new website and rebrand across all channels. On top of everything else, she was an engaged, fun and effective team member.

Meet Sam Bertram

Sam has been in marketing for 25 years and was an integral part of digital agency management teams, and on a couple of boards, before setting up on her own in 2012 with the aim of bringing big marketing thinking to small businesses. She has provided effective marketing strategy for global brands and small businesses, and delivered solutions across multiple marketing channels to maximise long-term value.

Her broad marketing experience means she can look at all stages of the purchase cycle – from acquisition of customers to conversion and retention.

Large brands she worked with while at agency include Audi, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz, Levis, John Lewis, Waitrose, Sainsburys, KFC, Danone, Premier Inn, ITV, Royal Albert Hall, Sony Ericsson, SC Johnson, Zain and GSK.

Sam is equally at home working with B2C and B2B SMEs.

Having grown up in Kenya she loves wild wide-open spaces, endless skies and travel. She loves swimming, walking and spending time in her garden although can mostly be found at the side of a sports field cheering on one of her children!
